Growing up in Thailand, congee was more than breakfast. It was warmth, quiet mornings, and time shared together. My father, who has since passed away, loved congee every morning, and every bowl we serve carries a piece of those memories.
Many dishes on our menu are inspired by my grandmother, who taught me that Thai food is about patience, generosity, and cooking with heart.
